Aqua-Aerobics
A fun, safe exercise program taking place in the warm water pool at Somerset. Focus is on improving and sustaining cardiovascular endurance, joint mobility, and muscle tone. Participant controls amount of intensity. Impact ranges from none to very little, depending on water depth chosen by particpant.

*Level = Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

 
 


Moderate Yoga
An intermediate level of yoga focusing on vigorous more advanced postures with
hands on alignment.

*Level = Intermediate/Advanced

 

Step
This is a high intensity workout that can be low impact. You can adjust your step height from 4 to 10 inches to suit your workout needs.

*Level = Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

 
Group Strength
A strength based workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to strengthen
every muscle group in the body.

*Level = Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
 


Pilates
This routine will lengthen and tone your muscles, improve strength, flexibility and stamina. It will develop your body's core strength needed for everyday activities.

Cardio Salsa
Hi/Lo impact aerobics with elements of salsa dance combined with Latin-style music to make this NOT your mother's classic floor aerobics workout!

*Level = Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

 

 


Hi/Lo Impact
A cardiovascular workout containing a combination of high and low impact moves
on the floor. Participant controls amount of impact and intensity.

*Level = Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

 


Total Body
A great muscle toning routine utilizing the body bars, loops, bands, dumbells and stability ball. This class is a great head to toe resistance workout.

Lo, Lean & Limber
Start with traditional floor aerobics, add 3 to 5 pound free weights if desired for an overrall strength/cardio workout. Finish with core work and stretching. About 30-40 minutes of the class will be cardio, with core work and stretching rounding out the hour.

Cardio Kickboxing
A low impact high intensity athletic workout that combines self defense techniques
with strength and endurance training.

Yoga
Focuses on alignment, extension, and compassionate awareness of the body
postures, breathing techniques and brief mediation.

Cardio Combo

A combination of Step aerobics and traditional floor aerobics.

*Level = Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
 
Crossline
Another great cardio and conditioning class, with intervals of step combinations alternating with segments of strength training for a complete workout!
